Demolding issues

Demolding problems can be caused by undesirable draft angles and undercuts. Undercuts are indentations or protrusions that prevent direct ejecting of your part from a straight-pull mold. Filling and Weld Lines

The filling analysis visualizes the path of the melt traveling through the cavity of the tool starting from the injection location(s). Thickness

The thickness of the part walls has - next to the mechanical strength – an impact on the flow behavior, the cooling time of the melt before demolding and the needed pressure to fill the part.
